names on stockings

for years kay kilbury loving stitched names on needlepoint stockings. she loved doing it. and she shared that skill with me.

for over a year now i have been stitching names on stockings with varying levels of success. it is not difficult but you have to be very exacting with your counting and stitching. and recently my juju has just been off. and the stress is getting to me.

so effective immediately i will not be stitching names on stocking. if i have your name order already, i will of course complete it and get it back to you. but i will not take any new orders.

what are you to do? well i will be more than happy to graph names for you to stitch yourself. i will provide instructions on how to center the name and make sure the placement is right. the charge of this service is $20 per name.

i will create a handout on how chart from an alphabet. we will stock more alphabet books for you to purchase and help with font selection.
